Remodel / Repair / Bring Up To Code

Since our goal is a long-term and stable tenant, usually a full family, we remodel in a way to attract them. We want this to be a house they are proud to live in. In general, the property is remodeled to a quality standard that exceeds most of the houses in the neighborhood. Things like flooring, sinks, color choices, and fixtures are usually a step-up from a production house or builder’s grade quality in order to lend a “custom” type feeling and avoid the sterile, clean, rental house feel. Regardless of material grade and cost, workmanship and cleanliness is always top-notch. Every time we show a house the general tenant public reminds us how much nicer our properties look and feel.

We operate crews or bring in specialty contractors, all independent contractors and not employees, for both remodels and ongoing maintenance.

This is a typical list of items for assessment to remodel, repair, and bring up to city codes.
