We are continuously building, and only selectively selling, a portfolio of cash-flowing residential rental property. We hold property for long term income. Both the owner and you as the lender / investor on the property are therefore in a much lower risk situation, since we only acquire properties where there is sufficient income to cover holding and interest costs. There is no speculation on prices going up nor pressure to sell the property at a certain time in order to recover enough cash to pay the lender / investor. We have not missed a mortgage payment to an investor or bank since we started in 1987.
We are unique in that we see the long-term and take control of ALL aspects of the investment: acquisition, financing, remodeling, marketing, and managing the property. We don’t do “deals” and we don’t “flip”. We are in this for the long haul. We have the experience, systems, equipment, people resources, and “back office” to perform these things effectively and timely. Further, both owners live year-round near these Michigan properties and are committed to the area.
